15/2/2019 | तीसरी सुनवाई

15 फरवरी को कोर्ट के समक्ष तीसरी सुनवाई हुई| सरकार की तरफ से एडिशनल सॉलिसिटर जनरल माधवी देवान प्रस्तुत थी| उन्होंने कहा कि विभागीय दिशा-निर्देश परिपूर्ण नहीं हैं| पीठ ने उन्हें निर्देश दिया है कि वे यह स्पष्ट करें कि प्रत्येक विभाग को व्यक्तिगत रूप से कार्यात्मक नि:शक्तता जाँचनी होगी|

पीठ ने उनकी प्रति-शपतपत्र प्रस्तुत करने हेतु चार सप्ताह के समय की याचिका को मान लिया|

कोर्ट ने अगली सुनवाई की तारीख 25 मार्च रखी  है|

15/2/2019 | Third Hearing

We had the third hearing on the case on the 15th of February, 2019. Additional Solicitor General Ms Madhavi Dewan appeared for the government. They stated that the departmental guidelines are not exhaustive. The Court has asked them to clarify that each department has to check individually for functional disability.

The Court also acceded to their request for grant of four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

The next hearing is expected to be held on the 25th of March, 2019.

14/1/2019 | दूसरी सुनवाई

14 जनवरी को कोर्ट के समक्ष दूसरी सुनवाई हुई|

जस्टिस श्री मान डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ एवं जस्टिस श्री मान हेमंत गुप्ता की पीठ ने सुनवाई की| हालांकि कुछ महत्वपूर्ण नहीं हुआ| प्रतिवादी की तरफ से काउंसल आई तथा उन्होंने अपना याचिका का उत्तर देने के लिए समय माँगा| कोर्ट ने प्रतिवादी को चार सप्ताह का समय दिया|

14/1/2019 | Second Hearing

We had the second hearing before the Supreme Court on the 14th of January, 2019.

The bench consisted Hon'ble Dr Justice D Y Chandrachud and Hon'ble Mr Justice Hemant Gupta. Nothing of major significance took place. Counsel for the two respondents who were issued notices appeared before the court and requested for time to file the response. The court has given four weeks to the respondents.

10/12/2018 | रजिस्ट्रार के सम्मुख सुनवाई

आज रजिस्ट्रार के सम्मुख हमारी सुनवाई थी| श्री मान मृगांक प्रभाकर ने हमारी तरफ से उपस्थिति दी| इससे पूर्व 12 नवंबर, 2018 की सुनवाई में पीठ ने सामजिक न्याय और अधिकारिकता मंत्रालय के द्वारा यूनियन ऑफ़ इंडिया एवं चीफ कमिश्नर फॉर पर्सन्स विथ डिसैबिलिटीज को एक नोटिस जारी किया था| नोटिस की सर्विस को पूरा पाया गया तथा इन दोनों संस्थाओं की तरफ से किसी ने भी अपनी हाज़री नहीं दी|

10/12/2018 | Hearing before the Registrar

Today, there was a scheduled hearing before the registrar. Mr Mrigank Prabhakar represented us before the court. Earlier, at the hearing of 12th November, 2018, the notice was issued to two respondents (the Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities). The service was found to be complete on both respondents, but there was no appearance entered by the respondents today.

12/11/2018 | पहली सुनवाई

आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष हमारी पहली सुनवाई थी|

जस्टिस श्री मान डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ एवं जस्टिस श्री मान अजय रस्तोगी की पीठ इस याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही है| आज सीनियर एडवोकेट श्री मान आनंद ग्रोवर ने याचिका को पीठ के समक्ष रखा| श्री मान ग्रोवर के अलावा श्री मान अनास तनवीर एवं श्री मान मृगांक प्रभाकर भी इस याचिका पर हमारा प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे हैं|

आज पीठ ने कहा कि सरकार को मूल दस्तावेज (लिस्ट ऑफ़ आइडेंटिफिकेशन ऑफ़ जॉब्स) को फिर से देखने की जरुरत है| पीठ ने सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिकता मंत्रालय के द्वारा यूनियन ऑफ़ इंडिया एवं चीफ कमिश्नर फॉर पर्सन्स विथ डिसैबिलिटीज को एक नोटिस जारी किया जिसका जवाब इन दोनों संस्थाओं को तीन सप्ताह के अंदर देना होगा|
