आज रजिस्ट्रार के सम्मुख हमारी सुनवाई थी| श्री मान मृगांक प्रभाकर ने हमारी तरफ से उपस्थिति दी| इससे पूर्व 12 नवंबर, 2018 की सुनवाई में पीठ ने सामजिक न्याय और अधिकारिकता मंत्रालय के द्वारा यूनियन ऑफ़ इंडिया एवं चीफ कमिश्नर फॉर पर्सन्स विथ डिसैबिलिटीज को एक नोटिस जारी किया था| नोटिस की सर्विस को पूरा पाया गया तथा इन दोनों संस्थाओं की तरफ से किसी ने भी अपनी हाज़री नहीं दी|

10/12/2018 | Hearing before the Registrar

Today, there was a scheduled hearing before the registrar. Mr Mrigank Prabhakar represented us before the court. Earlier, at the hearing of 12th November, 2018, the notice was issued to two respondents (the Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities). The service was found to be complete on both respondents, but there was no appearance entered by the respondents today.
